GETTING STARTED
Three steps to your card.

See an authorized practitioner
Kentucky requires a written certification from a practitioner registered with the state. The Office of Medical Cannabis publishes a directory of who's authorized.

Apply with the state
Applications go through the Team Kentucky Office of Medical Cannabis portal. You'll upload your certification and the documents your card type requires.
03
Come see us
Once your registry ID card arrives, you can shop. Bring the card and a government-issued photo ID.
