Privacy Policy

What we collect.
When you use the contact form, we receive the name, email address and message you enter. That is all the form asks for, and we only use it to answer you.
When you browse, we use Google Analytics to see which pages get visited, roughly where visitors are (city level, from your IP address), what kind of device and browser you are on, and how you found us. This is aggregate traffic information. We do not use it to identify you, and we do not add your name or email to it.
The age gate stores your answer in your own browser so you are not asked on every page. That answer stays on your device and is not sent to us.
What we do not do.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not run advertising on this site or buy advertising anywhere else, because Kentucky prohibits paid advertising for medical cannabis. We do not build profiles of individual visitors, and we do not connect what you do on this website to anything about your patient record or your purchases.
Who else sees it.
Google, as our analytics provider and as the provider of the map on our Visit page. Our email provider, for messages sent through the contact form. Anyone we are legally required to disclose to. Nobody else.
Cookies.
Google Analytics sets cookies to tell repeat visits from new ones. You can block or clear them in your browser settings, and Google offers an opt-out browser add-on. Blocking them does not stop any part of this site working. The embedded map on our Visit page is served by Google and may set its own cookies when it loads.
How long we keep things.
Contact form messages stay in our email for as long as we need them to handle your question. Analytics data is kept according to Google's retention settings for our account.
Your choices.
Ask us what we hold about you, ask us to delete it, or ask a question about any of this:
Changes.
If we change this policy we will change the date at the top. We are not going to email you about it, so if it matters to you, check back.
